AI Won’t Fix a Broken Operating Model

Most organisations are approaching AI as a technology initiative when it is, in practice, an operating-model challenge.

The article argues that unclear ownership, fragmented accountability, misaligned incentives and weak decision structures are not repaired by AI. They are accelerated. The organisational question is therefore not simply where to deploy AI, but whether the surrounding system is capable of extracting value from it without amplifying dysfunction.
