Hosting and form processing
The website is hosted by Netlify. Contact-form submissions are processed through the hosting service and made available to the Office so that enquiries can be reviewed and answered.
Analytics and cookies
The site does not currently use advertising services or marketing analytics, and it does not intentionally set marketing cookies. Essential technical data may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
Security and sensitive information
Please do not submit confidential, classified, commercially sensitive or security-sensitive information through the public contact form. Protected material should be shared only through an agreed secure channel.
Retention and correspondence
Contact information and correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage the relationship, maintain appropriate records or protect the site from misuse.
